All or Nothing
You want plenty, and you also need the day handled before you can sink into any of it.
All or Nothing is the type whose desire runs strong and whose brakes run strong too. Wanting has never been the problem. Getting clear enough to sink into it is the part that takes doing.
On the map, All or Nothing sits in the upper right. The accelerator answers fast, and the brakes stay busy. When the day is handled, this type arrives with everything. When it is not, nothing happens at all, which is exactly where the name comes from.
How it shows up
- You're rarely the one who isn't interested. You're the one who can't relax until the door is locked and tomorrow is handled.
- The best nights you've ever had were the ones somebody made real room for.
- Once you actually let go, you're all the way in. Getting there is the part that takes doing.
Where it sits on the map
Upper right: your desire runs strong, and the day can still talk over it.
The science, briefly
In the Dual Control Model this is a high excitation, high inhibition pattern. Both systems are active, so the day's noise competes with a strong signal. The quiz measures the two dials separately, which is why this type exists at all.

If your partner is All or Nothing, handling the details is not housework before the main event. It is the invitation itself.
