Vibotype Terms of Service

Vibotype is a short quiz about how your desire works, with optional paid readings. It is operated by Our Senses ("we", "us"), the name on your card statement. Using vibotype.com (the "Service") means you agree to these Terms.

1. 18 or older

Vibotype asks about your sex life, so it is for adults only. Starting the quiz confirms you are 18 or older. If a minor has used it on your device, stop and email us.

2. Not medical advice

Vibotype is for self-reflection. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or therapist. Full statement: medical disclaimer.

3. Results are editorial

Everything in your result and the After Party was written and published by us. It describes patterns, not facts about your body or your relationship. You are the judge of what fits.

4. Your answers are sensitive data

Quiz answers are special-category data under GDPR Article 9. We process them only with the explicit consent you give on the consent screen, separate from these Terms. Withdraw and delete any time; the Privacy Policy explains how.

5. Purchases and refunds

Paid features are one-time purchases processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. If a purchase did not land for you, request a refund within 14 days and we put the money back. There is a self-serve refund option on every paid surface. We may decline abuse of this policy, but the benefit of the doubt is yours.

6. House rules

Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone. Do not try to reach another person's account or answers. Do not attack our infrastructure or flood it with automated traffic. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Leaving

Delete your data any time at vibotype.com/account/privacy. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. Disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

8. Liability limits

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

9. Indemnification

If your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service leads to a claim against us, you cover the claim, the losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

10. Disputes

Delaware law governs. Before filing anything, write to us and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. If that fails, disputes go exclusively to the state or federal courts in Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. The live version is always at vibotype.com/legal/terms.
