I lost my result

Your map's link is the way back. If you texted it to yourself or saved your card and results, the link is in your messages or wherever your phone saves things. Open it on any device and you're back. If the link is truly gone, the quiz takes about five minutes, and retakes are free and unlimited.

My partner's map won't connect to mine

Pair links are single-use and they expire. If theirs went stale, send a fresh one from your map page. Both of you also confirm the pairing on your own screens; if one of you missed that step, the map stays closed. Still stuck? Both tap the link again; the confirm screen comes back.

My payment didn't go through

If Apple Pay or Google Pay declined, your bank usually says why before we do. Try once more, or use the card form instead. You were never charged for a failed attempt; a pending hold, if you see one, drops off on its own within a few days.

I want a refund

Fourteen days, no questions. Tap refund on your purchase and it goes back to the card that paid. If it was a Couples Map, the map closes for both of you. That's the one thing to know before you tap.

Delete my data

One tap in your settings, effective immediately, no exit interview. Deleting destroys your answers beyond recovery: we shred the keys, not just the files. If you're paired, your shared map closes for your partner too, since half of it is yours. Anything you already screenshotted is, of course, yours to keep.
